Vision

What it is

The International Pastors Association-TIPA is a multicultural fellowship of ecumenically diverse Christian pastors and ministers that recognize the need for mentoring, fathering, and fellowship. TIPA is a registered charity whose goal is to spiritually cover, strengthen and/or encourage the arms of pastors and to address issues that strengthen the Body of Christ.

The Vision

The purpose of the forum is to build covenant relationships and facilitate networking of kingdom resources.

Core to the Association’s purpose are the following objectives:

  1. Interaction and fellowship amongst heads of churches and ministries
  2. Instruction in principles of church growth and stability
  3. Inspiration to reach out for greater impact for God in society

It is an avenue for mutual inspiration and spiritual impartation through;

  • testimonies and good reports designed to encourage everyone
  • prayer, support and encouragement for those facing trying times
  • the mutual impartation of grace and the unction for progress

The International Pastors Association is committed to forging covenant relationships that promote the advancement of the Christian faith; above reproach and dealing uprightly and with the highest integrity one toward another.
The Association provides a platform for tabling proven principles for 'church growth and impact'.

    • God is about increase, so should our churches and ministries
    • study and practice the divine principles that govern increase
    • present opportunities for contributions, questions and clarifications
    • In addition, it provides an opportunity for church and ministry leaders to foster genuine relationships; without the hindrances of position, rivalry or 'politics'
    • for cross pollination about the mind of God
    • to facilitate social interaction, healthy and necessary growth for all
    • parenting the anointed through God-centred direction
    • strengthening pastors by mentoring, impartation, and 'iron- sharpening –iron’ dynamics.

We want to minister to women

The International Pastors Association recognizes the challenges faced by women in the predominantly male arena that is ministry, and wants to address the unique needs of women in ministry. In this forum Dr Albert will endeavour to address the issues and challenges that women in ministry face. If there are any questions that he cannot answer because of gender differences he will ensure that you are in touch with other female ministers who can identify with your issues. This forum desires to see women in ministry rise to new heights and realize their full potential in God.

    What it is not

It is not a forum to replace or compete with established ministers associations in the UK or abroad.

    Finally

The Association promotes interdependency while encouraging the maintenance of distinct, independent identities. It is a forum for strong networking and establishes strong relationships by inviting and accepting church and ministry leaders from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
